Mini-Courses are non-credit classes offered through collaboration between University Unions Arts and Programs and the University Activities Center (UAC). They are available to all UofM students, faculty, and members of the Ann Arbor community.

Massage Therapy - Michigan Union - Tuesday

Introduction to massage therapy and bodywork. Students will learn to give and receive therapeutic massage for stress reduction and specific health issues. No partner necessary.

For students with prior yoga experience. Basic postures will be refined along with continued work on backbends and inversions. Breathing exercises and meditation will be included in each class.
