Mission: Through education, the African Students Association of the University of Michigan hopes to serve as a source of enlightenment on Africa's contributions to society by bridging the gap between students of African descent and other students on campus.
Programs: In addition to our acclamied annual Culture Show we host a cultural party/dance known as the Fusion, we educate grade and high school students within Ann Arbor and Ypsi about Africa through different projects and locale collaborations, and we also host informal social events such as bowling and movie nights for the general mass. These highlight just some of the events amongst others that the African Students Association sponsors.
