--Students: 5 business days prior or charged current room rental fee. If a free room, group is charged 20% of Category D rate. If student group is a no-show, groups is charged 20% of Cat. D for standard set rooms and 40% of Cat. D for non-standard rooms.
--Departments: 10 business days prior or charged current room rental fee and any costs incurred.
--Commercial Group: 90 calendar days prior or deposit is forfeited. |
