Conference rooms can be requested in the Michigan League, Michigan Union, Palmer Commons, and Pierpont Commons through this site.
Go to "My Account" above to create an account or to log in to your existing account. You must be a representative of a University Department or an authorized signer with a Student Organization Accounts Service shortcode. When requesting to be an user you must provide your 6-digit shortcode number and the UM Department or Student Group you are representing.Your request to become a user will be pending until it is reviewed by a Event Services representative. You will receive an email once your user account is activated.
