University Unions Online Requests

This site can be used to request conference rooms & limited food service within the Michigan League, Michigan Union, Palmer Commons, and Pierpont Commons as well as for requesting limited food service for delivery to your site.

If you do not have an account, please go to "My Account" to request one.  To be eligible for an account, you must be a representative of a University Department or an authorized signer with a Student Organization Accounts Service shortcode.  When requesting to be an user you must provide your 6-digit shortcode number and the UM Department or Student Group you are representing.Your request to become a user will be pending until it is reviewed by a Event Services representative.  You will receive an email once your user account is activated.
